Technical and Historical Data

The Garbera is the Flagship of the Space Revolutionary Army, and leads a vast fleet of ship into battle.  It has a large compliment of Mobile Suits, and is heavily armed.

There are two launch pads located on either side of the Garbera's Hull, and units are lifted to launch position on a high speed elevator from a special pre-launch airlock.

[1] Destroying the Main Bridge will deprive the ship of all forms of long range communications, radar and targeting.  The ship can still operate, controled from engineering, but is -3 on Initiative and -3 to strike.

[2] Depleting the MDC of the Main Hull will put the ship out of commission.  The airlocks, and Hangar Doors will still operate on Manual.  Emergency lighting will activate, throught out the ship, in the event of main power failure.

[3] Depleting the MDC of the Main Engines will disable the ships ability to move.  It can still alter it's orientation with thrusters, but will not be able to control it's course.  It will become a ballistic object travelling in a straight line on it's last course

Speed: Max Acceleration: 7g (68.6 m/sec²)  The Garbera is capable of achieving Lunar escape velocity, but does not have enough reaction mass for long journeys.  ie, to Mars or the Asteroid belt.

The Garbera is incapable of atmospheric re-entry.

Weapon Systems

1. Double Barrel Auto-Cannon Turret(3): Located at various locations across the surface of the Astrarza are several cannons reminiscent of World War II Battleship Turrets.  They are intended primarily for ship to ship combat, and are VERY powerful.
   • Location: 6 on the forward portion of the Hull behind the bridge, but in front of the engine heat sinks.  The 7th is located facing rearward, below the center engine heat sink.
   • Primary Purpose: Defense
   • Secondary Purpose: Assault
   • Mega-Damage: 2D4 x 100 MD
   • Range: 12.4 miles (20 km)
   • Rate of Fire: five times per melee
   • Payload: Unlimited
