Technical and Historical Notes
|
Presumably the first Gundam mobile suit built after the devastating 7th Space War, the New Federation's NRX-0013 Gundam Virsago was also presumably built with the same type of lunar titanium alloy materials used on previous Gundam units (although this theory has yet to be proven). The Gundam Virsago's main armament was its extremely powerful megasonic gun, giving this MS a destructive firepower second only to the GX-9900 Gundam X - and not requiring the use of a Newtype pilot or a flash system/satellite system. Piloted by telepathic Newtype-wannabe Shagia Frost, this rather spooky-looking Gundam's visage fit his dark and conniving personality, and the Virsago was often referred to as the "Ghost Gundam".

[1]The Head and Hands are small targets , and are difficult to hit. Therefore, even with a called shot, they are -3 to hit.
[2]Destroying the Sensor Antenna will disrupt the Gundam Virsago's ability to receive radio signals and has a 50% chance of destroying the radar and laser tracking systems. This will eliminate the bonuses for Strike and Dodge.
[3]Depleting the MDC of the Main Body will disable the Gundam Virsago, and disable the Mega-Sonic Cannon
